Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada only.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7-14 business days. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, which may be outside Canada.

 

Tracking

You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show updates.

 

Delays and lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email support@kitchenova.ca with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

 

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can fix it only before the order ships.
