Refund policy

30-Day Guarantee

If your scale arrives damaged, stops working, or does not weigh accurately, email us at support@kitchenova.ca within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship the item back.

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

 

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on items that are working as described.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will get an email when your refund is processed.
